Dr. Ranjit Rodrigues is an educationist who is passionate about promoting excellence in life and leadership, thereby driving efficiency and success. He has over 30 years of experience as a soft skills trainer and communications expert. His sphere of activity ranges from teaching in colleges to mentoring business executives. He continues to offer specialized programs on communication skills in academia and in the marketplace. A well-known researcher in the field of ESOL, He has a PhD in Applied Linguistics from the Birla Institute of Science & Technology (BITS, Pilani).
Dr. Rodrigues played a pioneering role in setting up India’s first Writing Centre at an undergraduate college in Goa, helping thousands of students develop academic communication skills and find success in studies and careers. He has delivered papers and presentations at international gatherings for ELT (English Language Training) such as JALT (Japan Association for Language Teaching). His research has been presented at International TESOL Conferences, and his work is published in Scopus-listed international publications, such as the Asian EFL Journal.
